Factory T.V. Service is happy to bring you multiple services to suite your needs best. We provide in home service calls, hookups & installations and networking solutions. Same day service is provided to all 7 cities. Customers may also bring their equipment in to be serviced. We are open Mon-Fri 9-5 p.m. and Sat untill noon. What We Offer:
In Home Service Call
We provide in home service calls to all 7 cities. We charge $39.50 for a service call, which will be applied towards the repair. Same day service provided up untill 4 p.m. est.
Drop Off
Customers are welcome to bring their items in for shop diagnosis. Customers that arrive before 4 p.m. est can recive results that day. We charge $29.50 for a diagnosis. This will be applied towards repair.
Hookups & Installations
We provide hookup and installation services for t.v's, video game consoles, cable boxes, external speakers, ect. We charge $39.50 for a standard hookup, additional fees may apply. No mounting.
Networking Call
We install, setup and connect your network equipment with your computers, t.v.'s, gaming consoles, ect. We charge $39.50 for a base call, additional fees may apply.
